The company showcased its tried-and-tested packaging solutions. At a joint stand with its partners Makrev and Sweet Connect, the Dresden based company presented the highlight of the show: the CHS high-speed machine, which packs an impressive 1,600 products per minute in letter folds and demonstrates the flexible application possibilities thanks to its modular design.

The CHS is the company's flagship. The machine, developed for the gentle packaging of chocolate products, scores points for its flexibility, among other things: It enables a quick changeover between different folding types and simplifies a fast changeover between different product formats. In this way, it is possible to act more flexibly with frequently changing, seasonal products. Long and therefore cost intensive changeover times are eliminated.

Thanks to the ability to easily and flexibly retrofit different types of packaging on the CHS, customers also have greater investment security. Instead of having to invest in new machines when sales of a product fall, the CHS can be optimally adapted to a different product with new formats or a different fold.

The machine is also extremely flexible in another aspect: Different types of product feed are possible with the CHS. You can choose between single or double-lane belt feeding or robot supported chain feeding. The dual-lane infeed in particular enables a particularly high speed in the packaging process, such as for letter folding, where 1,600 products/minute can be processed. The dual-lane infeed halves the infeed speed and enables particularly gentle processing of sensitive products such as chocolate or jelly. The product discharge downstream of the packaging process can also be selected between an organised single-lane or double-lane discharge.
