Kuhn succeeded Vinzenz Gruber, who left the company, on 6  January 2025. The transition is assured. Kuhn holds a master's degree in economics and finance from the University of Fribourg. He worked at Procter & Gamble for 26 years . His responsibilities at P&G included several critical growth accelerations, turnarounds and business transformations in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Africa. Since 2020, Kuhn has been active at Reckitt as Chief Transformation Officer and most recently as President Hygiene.
