With these aspects in mind, Vemag engineers have developed the FT722 filling table, a new solution for bakeries to produce a wide variety of baked goods with exact weights in premium quality.

The Vemag FT722 filling table, combined with a dough portioner, enables precise, automated production of baked goods, optimising bakery efficiency in staff and material management. It supports semi-automated production of cookies, muffins, and more, with options for custom shapes like logos or lettering. The FT722 can also fill tins, cake rings, jars, or cups with batters, creams, and desserts, making it ideal for catering and commercial kitchens. Mounted on a mobile stainless steel frame, the FT722 is easily moved during production or for cleaning. Its work surface supports a servo-driven carrier that moves on two axes via magnetic kinematics, allowing precise positioning for trays, forms, or jars. Trays are manually placed and removed at predefined, adjustable positions.

The baker can input coordinates manually, use pre-installed patterns, or let the system calculate tray layouts by entering dimensions and portion details, simplifying operation for unskilled users. Compact, modular, and hygienic, the FT722 allows full wet cleaning and adapts flexibly to various baked goods and quality requirements. Using a touch panel, the baker can either enter the coordinates manually or use the pre-installed programs and storage patterns. It is also possible for the intelligent control system to calculate the depositing pattern itself by entering the tray dimensions and the desired number of portions per tray. The control system makes it easy to operate the equipment, even for unskilled employees. The FT722 impresses with its flexible, modular, compact, hygienic and mobile design.
