The TNA Mogul features a streamlined design, a minimal number of moving parts and integrated HMI, which empowers manufacturers to produce anywhere from 500 kg/h to 5,500 kg/h continuously outside of routine maintenance at up to 35 trays per minute.

It combines all necessary components into one system, including the tray handling, demoulding, product cleaning and finishing, depositing and distribution, streamlining the production process and minimising variations in the final products.

Fast changeovers enable manufacturers to switch between products or recipes rapidly, increasing production flexibility and minimising downtime, while its simple stainless-steel construction adheres to the highest hygiene and safety standards. The system’s design also eliminates the need for cleaning with compressed air through enhanced insulation and closed systems. This promotes sustainable practices and also, importantly, leads to cost savings.
