As a competence centre for packaging, Eko-Punkt now bundles sales and transport packaging services under one roof. With the integration and renaming of RKT to "Eko-Punkt Transportverpackungen", Remondis' dual system is positioning itself uniformly in the TVP sector.

Recycling Kontor Transportverpackungen (RKT) has been part of the Remondis family since 2021, making it a sister company of Eko-Punkt, Remondis' dual system. RKT and Eko-Punkt are now growing closer together. Since mid-February, the take-back system for transport packaging has been operating under the new name "Eko-Punkt Transportverpackungen". Nothing will change for RKT customers as a result of the name change. They will retain their usual contacts and all contracts will continue unaltered.

By changing its name, Eko-Punkt is standardising its position in the transport packaging sector. "As a competence centre for packaging, we have always offered our customers services relating to product packaging and transport packaging," says Katrin Domurath, Head of Sales and Marketing at Eko-Punkt, who is delighted with the move. "With the renaming, we are now also expressing this full-service claim of Eko-Punkt through a common name."
