succeeds her father, Prof Dr Hans Heinrich Driftmann, and her grandfather, Ernsthermann Kölln senior, in the seventh generation. She takes over as CEO and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company as well as the areas of marketing, sales and human resources. After working in the food industry, the 32-year-old, who holds a doctorate in law, most recently worked as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. She has been a shareholder of the company since 2012.
