Vemag: efficient mechanical engineering solutions


The company from Verden an der Aller presented more than 20 lines for a wide range of applications to visitors to the trade fair, including the baked goods sectors.

The efficient solutions were demonstrated live so that visitors could see the high quality of the machines and the possibilities for the end products for themselves. For example, filling, mincing and moulding processes or the portioning of doughs and masses through to the filling of tins and cups will be on display. At the same time, the realised solutions can be integrated into complex production lines.

Depending on the desired end product, interchangeable moulding nozzles and knives are available for applications, which can be used to produce round, oval or oblong specialities, for example: The machines on display bring product ideas to life. In addition to the use of Vemag conveyor curves, the low-pressure moulding of burger patties or balls made from meat or plant-based masses, for example, is particularly gentle on the product. Other interesting demonstrations at the Vemag stand will include the moulding of energy bars on several lanes using flow dividers, the dividing of doughs with different dough yields and the production of unusual sausages with a special pattern.

Digital solutions for optimised process control and a "next generation" machine series will take production to a new level.
