Originally founded in the German city of Zeven and now headquartered in Berlin, Omnia Ingredients is primarily known as a high-performance supplier thanks to its immense selection of coated tablets, toppings and cereals for the food products industry. Along with customised solutions for domestic industrial customers in Germany, the company now wants to expand its export activities and appeal to international industrial segments.
Omnia is currently achieving this goal with its presence at international trade fairs including Sigep this past January in Rimini, the FHA in April 2023 in Singapore, and upcoming appearances at Sirha Europain in January 2024 in Paris and the IFE in March of 2024 in London. The response the company has received from its previous trade fairs appearances clearly shows which product segments its customers are active in, including baked goods, ice cream, desserts, puddings, yoghurt, muesli and confectionery.
The primary goal is to create a greater presence for Omnia Ingredients in the international arena and to intensify the processing of its existing clientele, while winning over new customers on the markets in the more than 40 countries where it is active.

The company’s export business Sales Director & authorised representative Joachim Decker is eager to implement these activities together with his team, which focuses on Omnia’s three cornerstones featuring in excess of 500 products.
The product range features chocolate drops, sugar decorations, chocolate decorations, extrudates, coated extrudates and baked goods:
• as bulk goods for industrial customers
• in top cups for the dairy industry
• under the company’s own brand name Decoressa® in retail packaging for the bulk consumers in the gastronomy segment such as ice cream shops, bakeries, donut shops and coffee shops
Omnia Ingredients is enjoying very solid growth with numerous acclaimed companies, not least due to its high product quality and customised product developments.
Omnia Ingredients’ variety of ingredients refine dairy products, ice cream, baked goods, chocolate and much more. Its customers benefit from OMNIA’s use of optical and taste differentiation, creating unique characteristics distinct from the competition. The products are manufactured under the strictest quality assurance measures in accordance with international certification guidelines including IFS, HACCP, Ecocert BIO, Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade and RSPO.
Omnia Ingredients offers numerous packaging possibilities, as well as unusual product ideas such as extrudates filled with effervescent powders. With these kinds of customer wishes, the development of the product often begins on a simple sheet of white paper. “Our customers plan a new consumer product that needs the finishing touch with the right topping. Based on the individual requirements for each project, we develop corresponding product solutions for baked goods, ice cream, yoghurt or a dessert. This process finishes with a strong consumer product featuring an individuality that distinguishes it head-and-shoulders from the competition,” explains Joachim Decker.
He additionally focuses intensely on providing customers with a variety of options for attractive, sustainable packaging. In addition to the established tub packaging varieties, a range of bag and carton packaging in various sizes is set to be created for specific marketing to wholesalers and retailers.
