RAPS with innovative ingredients


The company presents its ingredient range. The focus is on ready-to-use fillings and toppings as well as functional, microencapsulated ingredients for optimised dough and product properties.

The products "Hot Jalapeno Cheese" or "Oriental Green Pea with Mint" provide new taste experiences. A vegan highlight is the red filling "Vegetable Tuna Mediterranean". In addition to the flavour-giving ingredients, RAPS presents ingredients that offer added value in terms of quality, shelf life and processing due to their functionality. With the Coatec process, functional core materials are provided with a protective layer and thus protected from external influences. In addition, the technology enables a controlled release of ingredients. For example, microencapsulated acids and preservatives improve the shelf life and dough properties of tortillas or flatbread, sandwich and toast bread as well as bread rolls and buns. Functional carbonates enable controlled control of the baking drive in cakes and muffins. The portfolio is rounded off by microencapsulated flavours, sugars and salts.
