OV Group with innovations


With the aim of setting new standards in taste, trends and sustainability, the OV Group, manufacturer of ingredients and decorative products with a focus on confectionery, is presenting an extensive product range at this year's Food Ingredients Europe.

The focus of this presentation will be Hans Kaspar, a traditional Swiss company that offers products containing nuts as its "clean label" trade-mark – for "pure" enjoyment of the highest quality. A wide range of sugar-reduced and sugar-free caramel and toffee products are offered, which are suitable for a variety of applications. The plant-based substitutes are ideal for vegan consumers and enable conscious creations for a variety of applications, including ice cream, chocolate, baked goods and muesli mixes.

A seasonal freshness kick will also be presented in the form of the colourful "Drinkalicious Box" from the Swedish company OV Candeco. It offers flavour inspirations from energy drinks to summer cocktails and mulled wine for all seasons.

Also on offer will be fudge from the United Kingdom – in a new DUO combination of flavour and colour that takes caramel to a new level.
