The Central College of the German Confectionery Industry (ZDS) is successfully continuing its seminar programme until the end of the year.

A special highlight of the seminar programme at the end of the year is the international congress "Inter Praline", which will take place in Solingen on December 6–7, 2023. At this congress, the ZDS will offer a discussion platform for companies, experts and interested parties on the latest developments, trends and technologies in the praline and chocolate industry. The event format is rounded off by a foyer, product exhibition and round table and offers you excellent conditions to enter into dialogue with national and international participants and expand your network.

Save the date and don't miss the come together with global players from the praline and chocolate industry! This congress offers you numerous presentations on current topics, such as "AI and confectionery", "CBD in chocolate products" and "Chocolates vs. bars: a question of lifestyle?", just to give you a taste. In addition, packaging will be scrutinised with a focus on sustainability, with examples from the field. Following the motto "On the trail of gloss" in chocolate products, the causes of gloss inhomogeneity on the surface of chocolate will be examined. Furthermore, international markets and trends will be discussed with topics such as "Consumer and taste trends in chocolate", so as not to give too much away. The speakers will be available for questions and discussion following their presentations and during breaks. We are looking forward to your
