At interpack, Bluhm Systeme showed a wide portfolio of marking solutions with ink, laser and labels for all industries. The programme included a selection of labelling machines that adapt to all shapes and surfaces. They are modular in design and offer a high degree of flexibility. The Legi-Flex 6100 SLAM 3D labelling portal (image), in particular, has features that are precisely tailored to the complex requirements of Industry 4.0: It recognizes the objects to be labelled, networks with databases and applies the labels without prior alignment of the packaging.

The Legi-Air 6000 label dispenser labels up to 2,250 shipping cartons per hour, with height differences of up to 500 mm possible. The Legi-Air 4050 label printing dispenser system does almost without compressed air. With the Legi-Air 4050 E, the modulated vacuum reduces compressed air consumption by up to 80 %.

Inkjet printers mark both primary and secondary packaging. They mark in high resolution and quickly. With its particularly fast and sharp printing, the integra PP RAZR is a real label
alternative. With its compact dimensions of 188 mm x 80 mm x 98 mm, the integra One with HP cartridge technology fits into even tight production facilities. The Linx 8900 also has special capabilities, for example 24 available dye inks.

Laser marking is durable, flexible to use and efficient. With up to 125,000 cycles per hour (35 cycles per second), lasers achieve very high coding speeds. They are safe to use, mark in a sterile and non-contact manner and are very durable with up to 100,000 operating hours. The e-SolarMark FL is a fibre laser for demanding marking of plastic films and the like. Its marking field is 70 mm x 70 mm to 300 mm x 300 mm.
