Vemag Maschinenbau recently presented various solutions at Biofach trade fair in Nuremberg/Germany to make both artisanal and industrial production more flexible. Systems for portioning and filling pasty products, doughs and masses were showcased. The exhibits included portioners such as the Robot500 and the HP1 as well as various attachments such as a manual filling head or the ASV811 cutting device.

The portioners and attachments are generally modular in design. This allows the machines to be adapted to the raw materials. On the one hand, this is made possible by interchangeable double screws, and on the other hand, various interchangeable attachments can be installed on the portioners. In this way, individual solutions are available, depending on the customer’s wishes as well as the required production output.
