Dachser acquires Transportgroep A. Müller B.V. (Müller), based in Holten/The Netherlands. The scope of the purchase also includes the Dutch food logistics company’s substantial fleet of own vehicles. The company is part of a family-owned holding company and operates on the market under the name Müller Fresh Food Logistics.

The 770 employees in the food logistics business segment generated sales of around EUR 90 m in 2021. This makes the company one of the leading food logistics companies in the Netherlands. Müller’s workshop business, which employs a further 80 people, will not be acquired by Dachser and will continue to operate independently in the future.

The long-established Müller company is represented at five locations in the Netherlands. The full-service logistics provider offers transport and distribution in the ambient food, fresh food and frozen food sectors. In addition, there is warehousing across all temperature ranges as well as customized value-added services. CEO Jan-Peter Müller will continue to lead the company together with his management team.
