The market for cannabis products is developing rapidly. Therefore, Multipond has developed high-precision weighing and filling units as concrete solutions for weighing cannabis. With its fully automated feeding, weighing and filling unit, the company offers a tamper-proof system. Product protection, minimized give-away and user-friendliness are the focus. In addition, a pre- and post-weighing device is integrated, which continuously checks the determined weight. A gross/net comparison ensures that only packages within the tolerance range are passed on. Missing weights can be rejected. Up to 2 x 40 weighings per minute are possible with a nominal filling weight of up to 3.5 g. The entire weighing and filling unit is protected by a tamper-proof housing against external influences such as wind or manual intervention.
