Universal laboratory depositor for starchless depositing

When it comes to producing deposited articles in smaller quantities, one is often faced with the dilemma: cost-effective but time-consuming manual depositing or the use of an expensive, versatile laboratory depositor with costly cleaning. There is a compact solution for small productions, sample production or test series: the universal depositor from Truffly Made.

The system offers various advantages: for example, filling moulds is made easier and accuracy and uniformity are significantly increased compared to manual depositing. Also, any type of mould can be used: Silicone, chocolates, Teflon or small powder boxes.

The depositing hopper with 6 l filling capacity and the piston plate are separately heated steplessly up to 160 °C. Any depositable mass, from chocolate, jelly articles and caramel to hard caramel, can be processed. Removable and adjustable nozzles adapt to different mould configurations. Each nozzle can deposit approximately 1 to 10 g of product. The system can also be set up very flexibly with up to eight pistons/nozzles.

After use, the machine can be cleaned quickly and easily and is ready for use again for the next mass. It is disassembled without tools via plug-in connections and reassembled after cleaning the individual parts. All parts to be cleaned are dishwasher safe.

DataSweet company is currently working on a flexible solution to divide the hopper into several chambers. This would allow masses of different colours and flavours to be deposited simultaneously. The machine can be viewed and tested at DataSweet in Solingen/Germany. A video on the company’s YouTube channel shows how to use it (https://youtu.be/_lNogVD52JU).
