ProSweets Cologne (31 January to 3 February 2021, Cologne) can make an important contribution in these times above all as a catalyst. As the central supplier trade fair for sweets and snacks that is staged parallel to trade fair ISM, it not only enables the recently absent personal encounters among business partners. As a worldwide trusted trading place and unique platform especially for the sweets and snacks section, it additionally offers the possibility of the concentrated presentation of innovative products in one location.

The number of applications in the early bird phase of the trade fair is positive. The organizer has registered a significant demand and numerous bookings already six months before the trade fair starts. More than 100 exhibitors have registered in spite of the difficult times.

As such, the entire product spectrum of processing and packing solutions as well as ingredients are represented. At the coming event, a stronger focus will be placed on the topic of “ingredients”, and an own section entitled “ProSweets Ingredients – inspiring products” will be exclusively dedicated to this topic in Hall 5.2, next to the Trend & Natural Snacks of trade fair ISM. Concepts for digital
offers are also being planned.
