Those in charge of trade magazine Sweets Processing recently set up an advisory board as an expert panel. The members of the board – renowned personalities from business and science – are to advise the work of the editorial board and provide impulses for the further development of the magazine. The advisory board includes: from the industrial side Andréa Pernot-Barry (Managing Director DataSweet Online) for the IT/Logistics section, Petra Thiele (General Manager GNT Europe) for the Ingredients section, Dr Thomas Cord (Managing Director Loesch Verpackungstechnik) for the Packaging section and Markus Leute (Managing Partner LCM Schokoladenmaschinen) for the Technology section, as well as Prof. Reinhard Matissek (former Director of the Food Chemistry Institute of the BDSI) from the scientific side.
