For the first time, KoelnMesse GmbH is offering a career and recruiting day entitled “foodcareers@ISM” as part of the international sweets and snacks trade show ISM 2020 in Cologne/Germany. The background of the measure is that, as in all sectors, the confectionery industry is also experiencing increasing difficulties in finding good new recruits and filling vacancies. Therefore, the organizers of the ISM want to give the ex-hibitors from the D-A-CH region the opportunity to present themselves on the career day with a presentation table or a lecture and to get in direct contact with potential junior staff. In addition to exhibitors and retailers, students and graduates of various disciplines as well as vocational students will take part in the event.

As KoelnMesse announces, preparations for the career and recruiting day have started. At the beginning of September, the exhibitors of the D-A-CH region were informed about the event and invited to participate.
