Integrating systems into existing production facilities is not always easy due to tight space. This is why Bluhm has developed a particularly compact thermal inkjet printer for such applications: Markoprint Integra One with HP cartridge technology.

The system with its small dimensions of 188 mm x 80 mm x 98 mm can be easily installed in or on production facilities. Typical applications include packaging lines in the food industry. Integra One reaches top speeds of more than 180 m/min and has IP65 protection.

According to the provider, the system prints logos, variable texts, barcodes and data matrix codes up to 12.5 mm high in brilliant quality. Changes to the variable fields or settings can be made by the operator on-site on the user-friendly display. The SmartCard cartridge monitor automatically detects the ink type and adjusts all values accordingly.
