With its expanded range of “Ready-to-Innovate” services, the SAP Gold Partner Cormeta supports medium-sized industrial and trade companies on their path to digitalization. The focus is on skills and specialist knowledge regarding the central issues related to SAP S/4Hana, digital transformation, the Cloud and mobility.
The company’s now expanded portfolio includes services related to every aspect of “Ready-to-Innovate”. This represents the SAP specialist Cormeta’s response to increasing demand for IT support for the digital transformation. “We have put together a digitalization package from our innovative portfolio of solutions to help customers in their digital transformation”, emphasizes Cormeta CEO Holger Behrens. The Ready-to-Innovate package is comprised of three components: building block planning, the Cloud and human resources (HR).
What is the actual benefit of the best “Big Data” if it can’t be worked with efficiently? To make a quick entry for this possible, Cormeta has developed an Advanced Planning Board (APB). This provides users with a high-performance graphic planning tool for SAP to make their operative planning more efficient. In addition to personnel planning, the focus here is also on planning services, maintenance and projects.
“We give the customers a simple interactive planning solution that can be operated intuitively, even on any mobile device. This increases planning security”, says Holger Behrens in citing the solution’s benefits. Since the planning board was developed with the SAP Hana Cloud platform, it is inserted directly into the ERP’s backend. Users of the APB will also enjoy a consistent graphic user interface. Holger Behrens explains: “It has everything that the customers expects from a highly modern web app: single or mass planning, drag-&-drop, prioritisation, contact maintenance, Google Maps integration and more, all the way up to the analyses. It leaves no planning wishes unfulfilled”.
ERP without the Cloud is inconceivable for the future. Even today, most users use the Cloud on a daily basis more or less consciously when using apps. And Cormeta has also done its homework on the Cloud: as soon as SAP became possible in the Cloud, Cormeta’s ERP experts made the company’s business solutions Cloud-compatible. With Ready-to-Innovate, they have taken yet another big step forward, and the company’s SAP Cloud platform now offers customers the possibility of Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) use. This allows things such as the possibility for developing mobile apps for customers and integrating them with other systems, all within the Cloud platform. Holger Behrens is convinced: “For us, the SAP Cloud platform will be the central technology platform for supporting digitalization in every direction, be that for artificial intelligence (AI), predictive analysis or Industry 4.0”.
