After serving as Chief Financial Officer of the Barry Callebaut Group, Victor Balli will retire from his executive function effective 28 February 2018. The Board of Directors has ­appointed Remco J. Steenbergen as new CFO and member of the Executive Committee effective 1 March 2018. Steenbergen joined the company on 1 January 2018. He joined Barry Callebaut from Royal Philips, a leader in health technology with annual sales of EUR 17 bn, where he has served as ­Executive Vice President and CFO Health Tech Businesses and Innovation.
