The M-Flex offers full performance in the production of a wide range of modern packaging solutions on a small footprint. The flexible, high-performance all-rounder processes sealable trays and films of all kinds made of materials such as plastic, aluminium, stainless steel and cardboard with maximum precision to create secure and attractive packaging – from standard solutions to innovative packaging concepts such as TraySkin®, FlatSkin®, FlatMap®, and EasyLid®.

With its optimised film transport, the machine achieves above-average efficiency and maximum precision. Even very thin films are sealed in a controlled and precise manner.

Rotary packaging on the Sealpac M-Flex is particularly efficient. Manual loading and unloading of the system with trays or boards takes place at the front of the system, while the sealing process takes place at the rear at the same time. The turntable can be moved in both directions for simple, customised operation. Once it has reached the correct position, there is an audible click – the signal for the automatic start of the sealing process.

The M-Flex is characterised by a sophisticated ID system that offers an additional level of security. Sensors ensure that the system only goes into operation when the appropriate tools are installed. This technology minimises the risk of operating errors or unwanted operating states. This increases product safety and the efficiency of the packaging process. The innovative quick-change mould system minimises changeover times to different packaging formats or systems and supports fast product changeovers.
