On 31 March 2024, Dr Heinz-Jürgen Bertram handed over the chairmanship of the Executive Board of Symrise AG, Holzminden, to Dr Jean-Yves Parisot, who has been a member of the Symrise Execuive Board since 2016 and is responsible for the Taste, Nutrition & Health segment since 2016. The Supervisory Board has extended the contract of Dr Parisot by a further four years until the end of September 2028. At the same time, Bertram is retiring on the best of terms after 21 years with the company.
