In the development of packaging machines, components and format parts, the Hürth-based company has always pursued one main goal: to improve.

Innovations are the main motivation for further growth. The employees are continuously working on further developing the product portfolio, which currently includes the all-rounder RU universal wrapping machine as well as highly specialised packaging machines, tempering machines, components and complete lines with infeed and outfeed systems. In the meantime, the machines have outgrown the niche of pure bar packaging and can also package numerous confectionery products.

For Rasch, innovation is not just the development of new machines, but the continuous improvement of production processes. Rasch relies on an unusually high level of in-house production to ensure that its many years of expertise are incorporated into the production of every machine from the very first minute.

The same applies to Rasch's TR series of tempering machines. These pre-crystallising machines are at the cutting edge of (hygiene) technology and are able to handle numerous (chocolate) masses with and without admixtures. They are also a good partner when it comes to (low-waste) re-work, as admixtures do not have to be separated from the mass.
