Winkler und Dünnebier Süßwarenmaschinen GmbH (WDS) will be focussing on classic WDS depositing technologies and hygienic developments for sensitive applications. As part of the SweetConnect partner network, WDS will also be presenting how the confectionery industry is being networked and digitalised across manufacturers.

Moulding systems for all pourable and tearable masses will be presented, reflecting the diversity of WDS systems: From laboratory scale to large-scale systems, WDS offers confectionery machines for all capacity and production requirements. WDS will be presenting moulding systems made of hygienic full stainless steel especially for the OTC sector.

Thanks to the EasyClean design of WDS systems and the use of customised service trolleys, it is easy to change parts that come into contact with the mass and to completely replace a casting system, e.g. for external cleaning or for a wide variety of products using exchangeable systems.The product and system-specific programme parts demonstrate the quality standards of WDS machines. The high level of vertical integration and high-quality material processing is reflected in the dosing and process accuracy of WDS systems.
