The company from Neuhausen am Rheinfall will be showcasing process technologies from chocolate preparation and moulding to secondary packaging at the trade fair. The new systems are suitable solutions for the rapidly changing requirements of the industry.

The new HFI 509 five-roll mill is a flexible and efficient solution for chocolates with different ingredients and complex recipes. Users can achieve optimum grinding and an ultra-fine particle size even for products with challenging consistencies. As a component of the Nano Chocoline, the HFI 509 roller mill reproduces the quality and performance of conventional high-performance lines on a small scale. An output of up to 600 kg/h with a particle size of 20 microns is possible. The machine's high degree of automation allows recipe programming directly from the control unit.
