Gaebler took over the position of Managing Director of the Forum Nachhaltiger Kakao e. V. on 1  November 2023, replacing Beate Weiskopf, who held this position for almost 10 years. Gaebler has many years of expertise in the field of sustainable value chains. She is looking forward to actively promoting the realisation of the Forum's sustainability goals with its members. She wants to shape the Forum as a dynamic platform for dialogue, knowledge transfer and learning both in Germany and at international level.
