The company from Biberach/Riss will be exhibiting process solutions for the production of confectionery and snacks - including the FS 510 moulding system in conjunction with a VF 808 vacuum filler in a 24-lane design for industrial production. The desired product shape is created with moulding tubes at the outlet. Separation takes place linearly at the product speed directly at the outlet using either a wire or knife. Production is possible on a grid or conveyor belt.
Another exhibit is the single-lane all-in-one moulding system FS 525 with vacuum filler VF 806, which combines two different moulding principles and thus offers completely new flexibility in the production of moulded products: With the perforated plate moulding technology, freely shaped 3D products can be produced. The rotary cutting principle can be used to produce different cross-sections with a smooth cut. The optional use of a flattening belt and different textured rollers extends the product design.
The DV 85-1 dosing valve will be shown in the dosing area. In conjunction with a vacuum filler, flexible dosing of pasty and liquid product masses as well as products with chunky inserts in cups, trays, jars, thermoformed packaging, as toppings or on dough bands is possible. Variety is created by a wide range of outlet variants with punches, perforated and star-shaped nozzles. At the same time, it is possible to dose at up to 90 °C.
The 85-3 dosing valve is also exhibited for product masses with a consistency of very liquid, pasty, inhomogeneous, lumpy, fibrous, large deposits or high liquid content. This dosing solution can be easily integrated into daily production. It is connected directly to the outlet of the vacuum filler. The working height can be individually adapted to the operator, the filling table or a conveyor belt.
