Hänsel Processing GmbH: with over 110 years of experience


The company from the capital of Lower Saxony is presenting the lab cooking skid “LAB+” which is offering continuous cooking processes in a micro lab scale of 8–30 kg/h cooked mass. With this latest development for micro production and/or R&D purposes Hänsel is offering a number of benefits to the industry. Such advantages as fast-track scale-up processes, lowest raw material usage for R&D trials and lowest requirement for infrastructure (no steam or compressed air). The system is offering full IO-Link instrumentation and process data records. Optional data record security per FDA requirements is completing the portfolio for pharmaceutical standards. The presented system is available for testing in the Hänsel CandyLab innovation center in Hanover/Germany.
