The food technologist with a doctorate took over as Managing Director of the Aachen-based innovation lab D & F Sweets, known for its development of confectionery, on 11 September. She completed her doctorate in the USA. Before joining D & F Sweets, she worked for many years at well-known companies such as Unilever, Döhler and Prinsen Berning, where she was able to apply her valuable expertise in research and development to a range of applications. In Aachen she will bring her expertise from the protein and bar sector.
