New baking agent from Puratos ­increases the quality


Whether it's a cinnamon bun or a loaf of bread – yeast dough has to be moist, light and fluffy. But how can the demands of customers be combined with the requirements for efficiency, safety and easy handling in the bakery?

The answer is Cubease Ultimate Freshness. The highly concentrated yeast dough improver is extremely powerful and thus ensures excellent quality in yeast dough baked goods. The handy cube format enables precise dosing without any weighing and reduces dust in the bakery. Due to its compact size, there is also significantly less packaging waste than with yeast dough baking agents in powder form.
