The Nagel Group has founded its first corporate venture with LEAFR, a start-up that develops sustainable solutions for the last mile with temperature-controlled products. LEAFR relies on purely electric means of transport and advanced logistics control to provide an environmentally friendly solution for refrigerated food logistics in the city. The Nagel Group employees Bastian Schwarz, Sören Loeck and Maurice Landwehr are the founders of the LEAFR corporate venture, which had its operational launch in Hamburg in March 2023. LEAFR CEO says, “We want to actively contribute to the more sustainable delivery of temperature-controlled shipments in the city centre.”
