The rating of "Silver" by the management consultancy ideas & more is clear: Mosca GmbH is already fulfilling its corporate due diligence obligations with regard to human rights and sustainability management in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). Mosca itself is not obliged to disclose the processes and measures, but supports customers in implementing their LkSG-relevant processes through detailed preparation.

The LkSG imposes corporate and human rights due diligence obligations on German companies, which the companies must fulfil within their organisation and their supply chain. These obligations include, among other things, a comprehensive risk analysis and the establishment of a risk management system. The management consultancy ideas & more checked which requirements of the LkSG Mosca GmbH already fulfils and reviewed more than 70 documents for this purpose. These included business and sustainability reports, the policy statement and training materials.

The result: The management of sustainability issues and the LkSG core requirements received the rating "very good". Overall, Mosca achieved silver status with 7.7 out of 10 possible points – and thus lays the foundation for an even more transparent handling of resources and risks.
