Darmstadt-based company, which supplies food and beverage manufacturers with a wide range of ingredients, is acquiring Dutch fruit and vegetable ingredients manufacturer SVZ from Royal Cosun. The acquisition is still subject to approval by the competition authorities.

SVZ specialises in fruit and vegetable ingredients and has production facilities in the USA, Spain, Poland and Belgium. With its international base of premium customers, SVZ is an ideal match for Döhler's know-how in procurement, production and supply, the press release states.
