ThermoView TV30 from Fluke Process Instruments is a new stand-alone thermal imager with integrated web server, advanced analytics and high connectivity for factory automation and plant monitoring. It enables around-the-clock temperature control without an external PC. The features of the industrial infrared camera for fixed installation include a wide measuring temperature range from –10 °C to +1,300 °C and a wide range of functions. The camera offers full connectivity for easy connection to a PLC via OPC UA or MQTT and enables continuous monitoring of critical production processes and equipment. It provides real-time analysis and feedback to control systems. This enables users to maintain designated temperature levels and avoid downtime or costly repairs. In addition, inspection windows with individual tolerances and automatic alarms can be programmed. The camera has a motorized remote focus. Three lens options are available with narrow or wide fields of view for different working distances.
