During ProSweets Cologne trade show, the company provided interesting information about its innovation, for which it plans to expand its research, development and commercialization activities.

According to the manufacturer, Incredo Sugar is a tasty clean-label sugar reduction product that can help reduce the amount of sugar in sweet foods such as chocolate, bars, gummies and bakery products by 30 to 50 % – and this without compromising taste, mouthfeel or texture, and without adding more ingredients to the ingredient list. By binding real cane or beet sugar with a small amount of a natural carrier, Incredo Sugar promotes the delivery of sugar molecules to sweet taste receptors on the tongue. This means less sugar is needed for the same sweetness.
