Flexible, weight-accurate portioning all-rounder


Vemag Maschinenbau has a new bakery all-rounder for medium-sized and larger bakeries in its product portfolio – a flexible and simple solution for the weight-accurate portioning of bread doughs through to sponge cake masses without any restrictions on the medium and product quality. At Südback trade fair in Stuttgart/Germany, the company presented the compact, precise and user-friendly HP1 dough and mass por-tioner for the weight range between 5 g and 50 kg.

The system consists of the HP1 portioner together with individual, interchangeable attachments. The portioner works with conveying curves and continuously supplies the modular attachments with the mass or dough. The conveyor curves of the portioner can gently transport different masses and doughs with different consistencies – whether viscous or liquid, solid or soft. Even large-sized ingredients such as nuts, dried fruit and chocolate can be conveyed and portioned without any problems. According to the manufacturer, the machine is particularly handy and mobile. The HP1 can be easily moved back and forth between the individual production areas such as bread, confectionery and snack.

Thanks to the Vemag modular system, the machine can always be flexibly adapted to the desired pastry quality and the end product. This is achieved by the exchangeable attachments. These can be attached to the portioner quickly and easily. For example, there is the gooseneck. With this attachment, a wide variety of masses can be portioned with great precision into cake rings, baking tins or directly onto a tray. There is no interruption of the product flow, which enables continuous and smooth operation.
