The all-rounder among the dryers is presented by drying system manufacturer Harter. The multifunctional tray dryer H01 is very well suited for smaller high-quality quantities of different foodstuffs. The system has a tray trolley that can be equipped with trays and tray troughs in various sizes and designs. This allows products to be dried in a single layer or in bulk heights of up to 175 mm. The tray trolley can be converted in just a few steps so that it is ready for the respective application. The basis of condensation drying based on heat pumps is extremely dry air in combination with the right air flow to dry the products homogeneously and safely. Depending on the application, this takes place in a temperature range from 20 °C to 90 °C.

In this way, the food is dried gently, and high-quality results are achieved. As the system is closed in terms of ventilation, the drying process is independent of the climate. All this has a positive effect on the ingredients and flavours as well as the appearance of the respective products. The modular H01 can be easily expanded in case of capacity increases.
