Vemag Maschinenbau opens Bakery Innovation Center


From toast and pizza doughs to gluten-free doughs and cookies: with its dough portioners and customized attachments, Vemag Maschinenbau company offers efficient solutions for the versatile requirements of the baking industry. This expertise now occupies its own space in the newly opened Bakery Innovation Center (BIC). At its headquarters in Verden/Germany, the company presents visitors with a fully equipped production room for machine demonstrations and acceptance, customer tests and training.

The BIC production room is equipped with everything a baker’s heart desires: kneaders, dough dividers, proofing cabinets as well as rack and deck ovens are available. All processing steps take place directly on site, starting with the selection of raw materials, through kneading to dough dividing and preparation to the final product. The Vemag machines are integrated into the production process. Visitors can experience the company’s entire portfolio live and in action under real production conditions – from artisanal to highly industrial solutions.
