Hänsel Processing has a universal solution in its programme


Hänsel Processing‘s machines and installations have the most advanced technology available. They are ­successfully operated world-wide, and about 90 % of the company’s activities are generated by processing machinery with a focus on any kind of sugar confectionery products like hard candy, jelly, fondant, toffee or bar. Nearly the whole range needed for the production of confectionery, from ­single machines to complete processing lines, is offered.

At ProSweets 2018, known and new customers as well as interested persons will be welcome at the company‘s stand. Managing Directors Frank Temme and Heiko Kühn will gladly be at their service, accompanied by their skilled native speakers’ sales team as well as by French partner company Proform.

At display at the stand will be the laboratory batch ­cooker machine LSK-5 (image). This system is universally applicable and can be used for the production of fillings, caramel, ­toffees, chewy candies, jelly, hard candy, and other masses. The equipment with vacuum pump and scrapers in the cooking vessel offers a broad field of applications. An ­optional version enables cooking under overpressure, too.
