Ishida has developed a new fully automatic case packer for the snack market. The ACP-722 RRP is a powerful, flexible and highly compact solution for a wide range of pouch and carton packaging and sizes.

The ACP-722 RRP case packer requires minimal floor space and is up to 50 percent smaller than conventional machines. Users save valuable space and can easily integrate the machine into existing production lines. The slim design with only one flow direction makes the ACP-722 RRP also suitable for double lines. The maximum speed is 20 cartons or 100 bags per minute. Pillow, gusseted, flat-bottom, and HEM bags with a width of 108 to 330 mm and a length of up to 375 mm can be processed. They can be packed in various arrangements as well as orientations and also in retail-ready displays without having to change machine parts. In addition to the tape closure, options for side closure and push-lock closure are available.
