“Cake Tec - The International Cake Congress” from 15 to 16 February 2017 is an established platform that informs about the latest trends in industrial cake, muffin and cupcake production.  

The ZDS event offers innovative lectures, interesting demonstrations and the latest international creations. The participants are informed about the current and future orientation of the international cake market, new, functional ingredients and their processing as well as the trends to vegan and gluten free products. Among others, Daniel Wilkens will present a 3D motif cake printer.
